Is viewing homes before I'm approved for a mortgage a good idea?
You really should get pre approved fora home first because you might fall in love with the first home you see and it will be under contract before you get pre-approved. Also you need to know that you qualify for that price point. Otherwise you will be comparing every home to that one you fell in love with.
